Under the Veterinary Surgeons Act and Exemption Order 2015 a dog may never be worked upon without gaining prior Veterinary consent. As stated by RCVS, "Physiotherapy" is interpreted as including all kinds of manipulative therapy (Section 19).
A Veterinary Consent form must be completed by your Vet, prior to any treatment. This is a legal requirement and also informs me of any contraindications to massage.
